Should you tell a friend that their outfit is ugly?
Is it being a good friend to honestly tell a friend you don't like their outfit, or is a good friend one who just smiles and says nothing?

A good friend doesn't say a word, so her friend can feel good about herself.
A good friend finds a way to tactfully let her friend know she looks ridiculous.

But, if it's too late and nothing can be done to change the outfit, I think you might be better off saying nothing. No sense in . ruining the evening. But, if there's still a way to make a change, speak up!
Yes I would tell my friend if they didn't look good. Especially if I had to be seen with them!
