But the fact is, the health of non-smokers has never been at risk from secondhand smoke. This is en-us Yes people who smoke do have the right to smoke on their own terms and in their own places. They do NOT however have the right to inflict their nasty habit on others. That includes smoking pregnant mothers who risk their unborn child's health.
