The president works for the public. If the public does not approve, impeach.
Opinion poles are no basis for an impeachment
Opinion polls do not constitute reason for impeachment, but they can point to problems.
-- Posted By JayBird on September 10, 2007Opinion polls, while not a reasonable criteria for impeachment, do tend to reflect real actions. Involving US in war under questionable pretenses, alienating our long-time allies, acting against our national security - impeachable acts!
Having a sexual relationship and being a gentlemen and not telling - no reason for impeachment since it doesn't affect the job or our country. Linda Tripp's recordings - criminal acts! What's wrong here?
