Turn down the volume: Respect for others in public places
I want to know if you agree that individuals should be aware of other people in their surroundings. Good example: Why must I be subjected to hearing anothers Ipod when on the bus...if I wanted to hear music, I would have turned mine on. etc.

People sgould be more respectful of other individuals when doing their own activitie public
they piss me off, i dont smoke and never will so why you blow your cancer gas into my face every time i walk into an establishment. PS i had smoke blown into my face at the entrance to a hospital last month
While I occasionally come across that one song that gets me really RILED UP and I just HAVE to blast my eardrums to silence, I fully agree that one needs to be considerate of others when indulging in their activities outdoors or in public places.
Similar to smokers, who need to just keep it DOWNWIND and away from any entryways, sound pollution can be annoying. Especially when it's those dip-shits who pump the bass so much they nearly cause an earthquake... Smokers just plain pollute public places with their smoke. It's both the stench as well as my allergy that makes me feel this way.
People can do what they want in public places regardless of the disruption it may cause to others
Why should the person being disturbed get of the bus instead of the disruptor simply turning down the IPOD?!?!?

Yeah it's the public if they don't won't to hear they can just go away. But only to a certain degree I mean if it is screaming obscenities and other things and it gets past a certain level of sound then it should be stopped.
