It doesn't matter, they should have to abide by the laws of the country.
Too many "fanatics" hide behind a veil (er, poor pun) in claiming religious freedom from "perceived" persecution. I have not heard of any Christians, Jews, or other groups requesting exclusion from treatment due to religious beliefs. Make them go through the same program as everyone else does.
You live here, abide by the laws!
Especially for an issue this big, it's important for such treatment.
