Are women really choosing Careers over Romance?

Recent research has shown that there is an increase in women preferring to further their careers rather than pursue a relationship. Does that mean then that women are becoming more accepted as the bread makers instead of the men?

If someone has a dream or a goal in life and they pursue it, why does it matter what sex they are? Women are just as capable as men at making money. There shouldnt be some stupid generalization about who the bread winner is.

There is nothing wrong with wanting to stay home with the kids whether you are the mother or the father. As long as people are fulfilling their life dream i dont think it really matters who is financially supporting the family.

No, if anything both men AND women are becoming more the same.

Karl_marx

this is a pointless argument

Men and women are moving in different directions, men are more often staying at home when women go out and make the money. Its happening a lot more often. When it comes to pursuing a career women are more aggressive than a couple of decades ago. Here is a link.
