Fresh fruit and vegetables are expensive! Pasta in excess is bad for you unless you get the wheat kind en-us I plan ahead all the time, and look for coupons. Watch for sales and deals, there always are good sales. And plan ahead, I find that if possible having your own small garden is a good way to save money. The rest can be bought when on sale. .
