Honestly to them there is no difference at all when there is a direct copy. Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Lucky Charms both have good count en-us Usually you can even get those "pillows" of cereal at wal*mart for a cheaper price than the generic brand's small box of cereal. I personally haven't tasted a difference between any name brand and generic brand. So, why buy name brand? I agree, I almost never buy name brand cereal.
