Male dominance is appropriate in some things, and female dominance in others.

No, especially not in third world countires since women get abused and murdered
Both men and women should have equal standing in society. That isn't saying that either can do anything or everything the other gender can do, but it recognizes that men and women are different, but equal in intelligence and humanity. .
