While there political standing is going to play a large part in the election i think a good amount of the battle is going to be about gender and color. I'm rooting for obama.

He is relatively young and new, and yet seasoned enough to know how to play the game. He is mature, reasonable, polite, intelligent and strong. Hilary belongs to the old-guard and this country does not need more of the same right now. Barack is our best shot at regaining international credibility, establishing responsible economic policies (funny that the democrats seem like the fiscally conservative party right now!) and leading when it comes to looming problems such as global warming. Hilary would do many of these things well, but she is less electable and less trustworthy.

This was not a sexist statement, I simply have views that strongly oppose hers and I don't think that a person should be elected JUST because they are the "first" woman, or black person.

He has great plans, and so far he's the most honest polotician I've herd my whole life. I think he'd be a great President.

Hilary, however, I hope doesn't win. If you haven't noticed her husband is the one doing most of the campaing, her becoming President would, in fact, be just another term for him.
