It is VERY frustrating to see someone that is unqualified bet the job. There is just as much wrong with that as with any form of racism. .

i could be wrong, but even so, how fair is it to give a job to an ethnic person who isnt as qualified as a white person simply because of the color of his skin? thats not a very good incentive to be a hard worker. not only that, but couldnt that end up working out bad for employers? after so much of that it seems like you could be stuck with an incompetent yet ethnically varied staff. is that what we were trying to accomplish?
