Camera surveillance is expensive, ineffective, and leaves a bad taste in everones mouth
I wouldn't want a camera looking over my shoulder. I think "trust" should be practiced more often.
-- Posted By Sundrop on October 4, 2007Hidden cameras ARE a waste of time and money in most situations. Pay your employees MORE with that money. .
both sides of the argument are having trouble figuring out if its even doing anything. there seems to be no correlation between the cctv cameras and crime decreasing. maybe they should have used the money for more officers.
Camera surveillance is an effective way to monitor the safety of the community
The camera might not help decrease crime, but they definatly help catch the perpetrators.
