If you marry someone that is in shape, healthy and thin then after marriage they become fat and flab
If you fall in love with someone who is physically beautiful then after you marry them they stop taking care of themselves and start changing for the worst, would that we considered fraud.

The idea of someone being fraudulent because of weight gain is laughable...

I think it is fraud. I mean, I wouldn't run out and divorce them for it ...

Yes, You married a person who are healthy and pretty not round and ugly
I think it is fraud. I mean, I wouldn't run out and divorce them for it but I think it's a little

If their health starts taking a turn, their spouse is going to have to care for them and that it's right. . It's better to be honest about these things before the marriage. It's not good to make your soon to be spouse think they are marrying a healthy, fit person only to find it was all a ploy for marriage.
Umm, I doubt many people actually use health and fitness as a "ploy" for marriage. Your point is very insulting. No one wants to gain weight after marriage, which is the attitude you appear to espouse.
No, you married them for all that's inside, the outside doesn't matter.
The idea of someone being fraudulent because of weight gain is laughable. It's unhealthy, that's it.
-- Posted By JenTheObscure on September 26, 2007I can understand a lack of attraction due to weight gain but to accuse someone of being fraudulent means they intended to marry and let it all go. No one starts out wanting to be fat.
The phrase "Through sickness and health" comes to mind.
