It is out-of date and does not apply to the 20th century
It is not out-of date and still applies to everyday life.
God is constant and doesn't change. People change, not always for the better. While I believe that God still speaks to us, I also believe that there is much to learn and live by as taught in the Bible.
The Bible contains many things "out of date" but that does not mean that its not all irrelevant
